If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy detailed below.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed:

  • The incorrect goods have been delivered to you
  • The goods delivered to you are damaged or defective
  • You do not want the goods which were delivered to you
  • The goods have the incorrect size or specifications
  • Please note that if your item has been opened; is not in its original packaging, or has content missing/damaged; we reserve the right to deny a refund/Exchange on that product (in extreme cases) or charge a handling fee up to 15% (determined upon inspection of product) at our discretion.
  • Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within 10 (ten) business days of delivery of the goods having been delivered to you

Refund Policy

  • As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Collection & Shipping

  • Defective items will be collected from you, free of charge if the item is found to be faulty within 3 months of the purchase date
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item should you need to return it after 14 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • Please note that returns shall be effected entirely at your own risk, and as such, we strongly recommend that you ensure the delivery of the good’s return and that you utilise a courier that can provide you with proof of delivery

Condition of the Product Returned

In returning the products to us, the following shall apply. The products need to be:

  • Undamaged and Unused
  • In the original sealed packaging
  • Have the original receipt
  • Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you
  • Should goods not be returned in the manner specified above, we may, at our discretion,
    choose not to permit the return and/or charge you a handling fee
